    1/4 cup warm water

    3 tbsp oil (mild)

    2 1/4 tsp yeast

    2 tbsp sugar

    2 tbsp gluten (not needed but makes it way better)

    1 tsp salt,

    Let all that stuff sit till the yeast gets bubbly

    then add 3.5 cup flower

    Stick it on the kneed setting for 2 minuites,

    Cover till it doubles in size.

    Punch it down and put it in a loaf pan, let rise again

    Bake at 390 for 25 minutes
