I love to cook and make new fancy dishes. Lately however, I want to be more rigid and structured with my diet to avoid binge eating. Post your favorite casserole/crock pot classics for me to give a shot. Some of our favorites are crockpot chicken and dumplings, cheesy broccoli rice casserole, breakfast casserole.
