Oh nice, that's good to know! I enjoy a good ridgeline, I usually bring a lightweight tarp when camping in case it rains. There's a lot you can do with a tarp and paracord!
Niche subs can be pretty good, I agree. When Redditors stay in their lane they can be a goldmine for info. Because of reasons (capitalism), also good for the consumption aspect of a hobby (like how to not buy the wrong hammock).
Last time I camped like this, it didn't help with getting bit to death by mosquitos

Ah, I didn't know mosquitoes could bite through the bottom. Gross! I think I'd always have a liner in that case.
