You just squat for an hour? Respect, but that sounds terrible.
I try to keep my running up all winter. Gotta have hat, gloves, and leggings (most socially acceptable time for guys to wear leggings where I'm from). Running keeps me very warn, so I find I don't need a coat until it's under 15. If there's ice, you can buy treads that attach to your shoes.
Haven't done it yet. Well, haven't attempted in a while. Tried the murphy challenge back in March or so, but can only make it about half way. Definitely less so now
I should probably just invest in some proper gear, get over myself and run in the cold
I'll look into those mask. We need a mask recommendation thread, too. Ive mainly been using the blue disposable ones, since I get them free at work, but wouldn't mind getting some good reusable/more fashionable ones for the next decade of covid
