If you're going to accuse someone of something, you better be real sure of it.

And in a debate, just try to never use it. Spit facts.

    It can be rhetorically effective to use "one" as in "one may think/conclude/suggest [lib/chud talking point held or adjacent to whoever you're talking to] ...."

    You get to go about as hard on the topic as you'd like, and it sticks a wedge between that person and the viewpoint/topic. "Someone may think [something], but they'd be a fool...." puts them on their heels since they need to make a damn good argument or else they're just admitting to being one of the fools you just mentioned.
