So I'm working on a little digital artistic project and I'm looking for information on the daily lives, cultural quirks and habits of the average agricultural farm tender/ fieldhand/peasant living in Al-Andalus (Moorish Spain) between 1000 AD and 1400 but if there's cool stuff to know before and after I'd like to know as well

I wanna know how they lived, what did they do, how they ate, how did they make a living, who they reported to, how they practiced their faith, if they had a particular way of farming, etc.
