brought it home unharmed, let it go and watched me chase it.
fucker has actually taught me to catch mice (you just grab them with a thick towel so they cant bite you). i guess i wont starve now :)
Give a human a mouse and they will eat for a day, teach a human to hunt and they will eat for a lifetime. Good cat
One of my cats (all fully indoor, but have a catio) helps me put them into a live trap to take outside.
She brings them to the trap (which I keep in the bedroom because this typically happens at night), waits for me to open it, drops them right in front of it and herds them in. She gets a treat, I take a live mouse outside to throw in my asshole neighbor’s yard, everyone is happy.
The cat who crossed the rainbow bridge a couple months ago would catch chipmunks in the catio and bring those in for me to catch. Prick. One lived in my basement for like 6 months as a result of this.
