    Even tho I know local city subrxddits are complete cesspools I, against my better judgment, decided to look at mine anyways because I just moved to the area and wanted to see if there are any local orgs or anything interesting happening. I don't expect rxdditors to have any good recommendations for anything but fuck it, it was worth a shot.

    Saw a thread of someone organizing a 'cancel the rent' protest and the comments were just the worst, absolute reactionary shit. Lots of "as someone that owns rental units" and "get a job", "go live under a bridge if you don't wanna pay" and folks, I gotta tell you, I really hate this goddamned country.
