I don't mean fryers as in the means of production. I mean fryers as in the workers who are stuck running back and forth to fry the crap while making the food and taking the orders and changing their gloves every 10 seconds because they can't keep good ones in stock so we may as well be wearing paper gloves. Chalupas and nacho fries both only have a hold time of like 15 minutes.
Potatoes were only yoinked a few months ago + they have some fried stuff like chalupas still so I'm pretty sure they never got rid of the friers...
