I "blend in" well enough among us-foreign-policy types that they say racist shit to me, but my actual ethnicity, if I ever bring it up, is definitely a record scratch moment. Just because I have a paler complexion than they'd usually associate with racist shit, I seem "safe" to be racist around, and that sometimes makes steam come out of my ears because while I don't want to get racist shit flung at me, I don't like the racist shit that is shared with me instead. yea

It's even worse that the fascists in my family are fans of the very same fascists that butchered some of their predecessors. peppino-why scared-fash

yeah that makes sense, being white passing has gotta be so difficult.

holy shit, god the closest thing i have to that in my family is when my dad talks about how black culture is holding black people back. i couldn't imagine dealing with that!

I am not exaggerating; some of the people that came before me that didn't make it were slaughtered by right wing death squads under varying titles and excuses.

And those that did make it had descendants that are now fans of those that murdered those that didn't make it. At least one even has a superiority complex about how their ancestor(s) were smart enough to leave before the based legitimate regime murderers arrived. smuglord

No, they never returned to the legitimate regime murderer country of origin, but they claim they want to because the US is full of (slurs) and (slurs) and (slurs). brainworms

I could no longer bear it anymore, either, as time went on; I have disowned pretty much every last chud in my family. My in-laws are a lot more bearable, so I have actually happy holidays these days. bloomer

                Ain't that the truth.

Whenever I hear from people still in contact with them, they're still mad that I'm not there. Like, they just want me around because they know I'm uncomfortable with their bigotry and their MAGA shit. But like Truth Social, without a "woke" audience, they're lonely. Good. stalin-feels-good
