No I agree. I actually held off on making a complaint for longer than I should have because I'm sure her job absolutely sucks and must be insanely draining physically and mentally but she just got even more hostile and her calling me "useless" and acting like my struggling was some act to annoy her was pretty much the final straw. The afternoon nurse we usually have, Greg, said she was basically stuck on our ward as punishment for something she did and so her behaviour was some weird childish retaliation.

A few hours ago another nurse broke my spare glasses and she blamed me for "leaving them around" (she knocked them off my table and accidentally stood on them) and I was like "fuck, this again?" thinking I was gonna go through hell with a nurse again - but she came back later, apologised and is literally paying for a new pair for me because it was her fault. I was honestly more relieved than anything that she wasn't going to be awful to me.
