Lol interestingly there’s a handbook for psychiatrists who work with LSD25 written in the late 1950s or early 1960s and it actually recommends increasing dosage to lower the probability of the types of experiences that most people feel averse to.
Interesting, the same thing tends to happen with a lot of people with dimethyltryptamine - below the threshold can feel a bit uncomfortable. Above, totally fine (and in fact you're not even "there" anymore).
Want another one ? there are studies suggesting brain activity decreases, particularly in key parts of the brain when you take certain psychedelics - contrary to most imaging studies done before. Vulgarization article here if you prefer it.
