Does your anxiety (if you're anxious) take up spoons and push you toward burnout?

I'm sitting/lying here worrying and getting more and more tired.

Coping strategies?

    It certainly can, though I think there's a low level which I can tolerate for a long time if not already burned out ... assuming I ever get to that state again...
