AIM, which opposes the scientific consensus on climate change, has criticized media reporting on climate change. The organization gives out the Reed Irvine Accuracy in Media Award. Past recipients include Marc Morano (who runs the climate change denial website ClimateDepot), Tucker Carlson, and Jim Hoft (who runs the far-right conspiracy website Gateway Pundit).
Accuracy in Media (AIM) was founded in 1969 by Reed Irvine, an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank who is now
In 2022, AIM sponsored an ad campaign against antisemitism that used a truck with a digital image of Hitler giving the Nazi salute. The image included the text: "All in favor of banning Jews, raise your right hand." Several rocks were thrown at the truck. The use of the imagery was criticized by the Anti-Defamation League and the UC Berkeley chapter of Hillel International
I miss chatting on AIM so much. I mean when I was in middle school other kids used it to harass me but as I got older I had internet friends on there and irl friends on there and chatted chatted chatted. Miss it.
It was a different era. Spending hours writing out away messages, getting yelled at by your friends because the font/color combinations you picked were borderline illegible.

I used to chat on AIM for hours, now I dread replying to a text, what the hell
Yeah I can't do long text conversations either. Very strange because I too would chat on AIM for hours every day.

Minus Russell Means, i hate that dude.
Why?
I just don't trust Ron Paul guys as a rule, as much as i respect him in the AIM movement.

Bricks! You're supposed to throw bricks not tiny pebbles tf.
So long as the screen gets smashed
You know how bad you have to be to get the ADL and Hillel to say “hey now that’s a bit much”
