There's a 15,000 sqft mansion in the mansion district of my city (right across a highway from the poorest part of the city and has its own police force) that's only occupied for 2 weeks/year by one billionaire oil executive. The rest of the time he charges rent to his personal trainer who lives in a one bedroom above the 10 car garage with his son.
