Depends on the generations involved and the degrees of separation. For instance, incest between cousins is really not that "bad", it's just kinda gross. Incest between siblings is even more gross especially when they've grown up together, but it's not nearly as bad as pedophilia in most cases. But then there's incest between parents and children or uncles and nephews etc which is just evil.
