I'm afraid that's not how it works when it comes to the US. It doesn't matter how much money they waste, they can always just print more. Until the dollar's global financial hegemony is ended they will always have enough money for wars no matter how much they burn on other bullshit. There are other material bottlenecks they are starting to run into but money is not one of them for now.
