From 2001 - 2023, all militant groups in Gaza fired a total of around 32.500 to 36.000 rockets and mortar shells.

These rockets have resulted in a total of 45 Israeli deaths. Both before and after the iron dome came online in 2011.

The claim that any militant group in the occupied territories, possesses anything that is remotely able to cause the kind of explosion such as the one at the Al-Alhi hospital is just absurd.
