I can't name a single Spanish dish off the top of my head. I don't even know what Spanish food ... is?
Peruvian, on the other hand. Well I mean there's ceviche that's obvious.
Spanish food is fucking good though Paella, tapas, gazpacho

I used to have a few Peruvian dishes in my home rotation, but all I can remember was stews with pesto and pasta in them, or Japanese fusion stuff.
