One friend told me he has an uncle living in the US and he tells him that what he misses the most about living in chile was the many peruvians restaurants
Lomo salteado, Causas, tacu tacu, tons of fish and seafood, so many delicious stuff.
It's probably the relative obscurity of Peruvian food. Fewer people from around the world have had it, and as a consequence fewer people surveyed said they have tried it and liked it.
