Yup, on little mites that looked exactly the same as yours. I put all my plants in the bathtub and sprayed them down thoroughly before soaking their soil. I just did that once and it took care of the problem completely, although apparently you can do it quite a bit, because it turns out plants love hydrogen peroxide.

I think it will kill off some helpful bacteria in the soil, so you don't want to do it constantly, but it can be a semi-regular treatment for them.

Plants (and a lot of other living things) have a class of enzymes called peroxidases. They break H2O2 down into H2O + O2.
