Dough: whole wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, sugar
Tomato Sauce: Can of tomato puree, italian seasoning, salt, pepper
White Sauce: Silken tofu blended with nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, squeeze of lemon
Toppings: Frozen spinach, microwaved then squeezed and sliced mushrooms
mix 1 cup warm water with 1 tsp yeast and 1 tsp sugar and let sit to combine, mix 2 cups flour with salt. Mix with water and combine with a spoon, With hands knead for 5 minutes until it comes together as dough. Let sit and rest for at least 20 min.
Mix tomato sauce and seasonings, place aside. Mix tofu ingredients in a blender and put aside.
When dough is ready divide in 2 and roll out to shape. Pinch edges. Spread tomato sauce and white sauce, and toppings over dough. Bake 450 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes until its done how you like
