1. Whole wheat pitas

they are whole wheat flour and water mostly. I mix 1 cup warm water with one spoonful (I use one of my smaller eating spoons not measuring haha) of active dry yeast and 1 tsp of sugar until it bubbles up. I mix that into 2 cups whole wheat flour (with a few dashes of salt). Depending on the weather you may need more or less than a full cup of water to flour so add 3/4ths of the water and add the rest slowly as needed. Knead for 5 min and rest for 30 min. Break up into balls and roll with a pin and cook on a non stick griddle/tawa for a few min on each side until they puff up

  1. Potatoes

cubed potatoes were simmered in water until soft then coated in herbs, salt and smoked paprika and baked on a silicon baking sheet

  1. Vegetables

chopped vegetables steamed with water until softened, added some soy sauce, corn starch, water, and a dash of 5 spice to coat with a quick gravy

  1. Tofu

Mashed tofu cooked in curry powder and fenugreek leaves with added peas and corn
