Yeah I'm a bit conflicted on that but the existence of dahliaOS shows that there will be forks and distributions that will be more privacy friendly so I hope that it works out. Also iirc fuschia will have support with "linux platform applications" including android and gnu/linux so that's also pretty cool but I don't remember where I read that though.
it'd be neat to have a viable daily driver microkernel OS with some actual software support
