I get that people want to believe in the paranormal, but c'mon guy, I've seen b-movie schlock more convincing than the shit out there.
Most likely, especially with ghosts. I've had episodes of it in the past and it seems like a ghost is at the foot of your bed.
My one (hopefully) experience with sleep paralysis was a tall, feminine void person. Completely black. Blacker than the dark room she was in, which is how you could see her.
She was really scary even though she didn't actually do anything other than stand completely still.
