So I'm trying to put together a podcast on American labour history similar in style to History of Rome/History of Byzantium - a historical narrative covering said history in its entirety. However, I'm having some trouble finding decent histories that aren't just about union struggles or specific labour conflicts, those are great but I'm trying to focus more on labor relations at the worker level and how they feed into labor conflicts and union organizing rather than the traditional view of labour history as union history.
