At 77 I don't think I'd be a good candidate for this task.
If I were appointed I'd probably re-appoint whoever is in charge or w/e.
I'm already a fallible monkey brain at 25, so at 77 I should be retired on a pot farm until I die.

A real mask-off moment from the Kentucky Department of Criminal "Justice"
Honestly, not sure.
I get labeled as a Hufflepuff by my friends for being bubbly. Although, my roommate just says I'm a bottom that talks too much. (She's never been a fan of HP, like even before the JK comments)
explains all the worms in my brain
groans I want this pandemic to be over. Masks trap just enough heat that if I have any snot in my nose (which is all the fucking time thank to allergies) it just starts dripping away. I wanna go see friends without being worried because a good chunk of my friends all are teachers or work in something like groceries/retail and I wanna hold game nights again. I'm probably canceling my heathenistic holiday house party this December because people wouldn't wear their fucking masks and social distance/properly quarantined.
Oh and it gets better, as the other day I went to this state-chain gas station that everyone here goes crazy for and it was packed, but roughly about 1/8 people had zero mask on. This was also true of the 7/11 and select grocery stores. I now avoid the grocery store I normally would go to because every time I go there, some % of people are not wearing a mask. I feel awful for the people who have to work at these locations where so many people aren't wearing masks and they're risking their health because some boss who owns a grocery store doesn't wanna piss Karen off. Like, c'mon guys it's not hard to wear a mask.
Also my partner lives in another state. Sure, the cheap plane ticket is nice but I just don't want my partner getting sick because she flew over.
I don't want to get sick. I don't want to possibly pass covid to a teacher who super-spreads to a bunch of kids if somehow I'm asymptomatic. I wanna go to in-person PSL or SRA or DSA meetings (I'm a member of one of these, not all of them... yet) everything is so frustrating.
I work in a tech-support kinda role for a website.
What I never understand is why some of our users will genuinely ask me for help and then go against the advice I just gave them, and then complain when things break.
One time, someone needed help with formatting a document for the file to play nice with the website. I formatted the file for them and said "Here ya go, this should work" and the user's response was to not only totally disregard my advice but to also upload a file that had all the information in the wrong places within the file. Spent the better part of a day fixing their mess.
