I would interpret it like this:
The freedom of US citizens is being choked by the right and the left while being defiled by current social movements.
Lady Liberty obviously represents the freedom of Americans, and other aspects of American culture. Lady Liberty is being choked by the right- and left-wing (or maybe controlled by republicans and democrats?).

I’ve heard of this thing a long time ago, when I watched a review of terrible products. I can’t believe I remember it lmao.
