My necromantic patron assures me that my pact with it will end with my death. It started to tell me something about the necromantic slaves of its next chosen champion, but that wasn't about me, and my short rest was almost over, so I turned my attention to some fried chicken instead. I'm sure it was nothing important.
That works too. You just gotta be fast to shoot a shooter before they shoot first. You only have a brief window, a few seconds at most, between the shooter clearly preparing to shoot and the shooter shooting first, forcing you to shoot back. Shoot too soon, and you're just shooting someone for being so afraid of the gays that they're open carrying, and I can't condone shooting cowards just for being cowards.
I'm not a local, but I'm fond of Hexbear. Most people online who are too philosophically confident for my comfort are right wing extremists who want to shoot me dead in the street. Here it's people who would shoot back at an anti-gay shooter, and I appreciate that.
A cat is fine too....
and other evidence I'm getting old
Yeah, no, it was always the second one.
Holy shit that's actually crazy to me. [I actually tracked down that number because I was so curious] (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1007/s00268-017-3895-9) It's over half cancer surgery. I've known that the regret rate for transition surgery was low for a long time, but that piece of context kinda blows my mind. You're more likely to regret a variety of life saving procedures than gender affirming surgery, and it's often by insane orders of magnitude.
