Putin called members of the CSTO, all members refused help, including Kazakhstan. However apparently Afghanistan of all people says they're willing to send over 80,000 people. WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON Edit: The claim about the CSTO refusing help is bullshit, there's no further sources on it.. So I'm taking the Afghanistan thing as a falsehood too. I'll just wait for more concrete shit from the RF itself after this but it's hard to get lost with all that's going on.
