Yep. Basically all of the judges are bootlickers no matter who appointed them. You don't get to be a judge in an authoritarian system without bending the knee (and probably enjoying it).
Thanks to the 13th Amendment, the War on Drugs, and systemic racism, the modern prison system is essentially a government-run plantation that loans out cheap labor to corporations.
