Jackson's exploration of the reality of fascism in the USian context through the racist carceral state was so enlightening to me about why revolution is the only way. The violence inherent in the system will not allow passive transfers of power into the hands of the masses.

there's this really cute queer femme vampire movie called Bit from last year, the only problem being the ending is absolute dogshit liberalism. You can honestly just turn it off in the like last 15-20 minutes (you'll know the moment it shifts lmao) and it's a much better film.
