i genuinely enjoy alcohol it's not purely drowning my demons (though obviously there's a lot of that). going totally sober would get rid of one of my Simple Pleasures in a world that can be hard enough as is :( but at the same time i've been at bad levels with it for a long time now - not imminently in danger but def dependent.
