Go into any /r/politics thread about Lindsay Graham and see all the "HE GHEY!" comments. Then call them out and watch libs explain why it's actually cool to traffic in homophobic gossip and conspiracy.

I remember how forbidden and mysterious the lyrics sounded to a young teenage self. There was this sense that some of those bands knew a secret that they were begging me to find out. I spent the better part of my teen years and half of my twenties seeking that mystery in various ways.
Silicon valley comes to mind. It's a little more millennial
I always thought Phyllis' wedding was more cringey
I like the office a lot, but some of the fans have a very "I'll just be over here petting the doggo at the party" energy
Michael Shur also can't write a show where the characters don't alleet the love of their life at work and ultimately get married at work, or with all their co workers in attendance. Even the ones they don't get along with.

I can soooooo relate. It's weird how it feels like you're normal, then you have an actual good day, then you realize you have been depressed for a month.
You start over, and tell yourself youre gonna hold onto this moment and do your best to stay not depressed. You clean all the fast food garbage out of your car and tell yourself you won't do that again,
Then you wake up a month later at the end of another cycle
