Halo is my example here of a game with one ‘good’ difficulty and a bunch of bad ones, because Legendary with difficulty skulls is a mode that only exists for people who play too much Halo, so Heroic seems like intended way to play.
I'd like to give 'em some credit for skulls, too, though. For my partner, normal ends up a little too on the easy side for us both while heroic is a bit too much on the difficult side for her. Throwing a couple skulls onto normal difficulty gave us a pretty good middle ground for co-op. Plus, Grunt Birthday Party puts a smile on my face every time.
i ain't reading that lol
that is literally just OP jumping to baseless accusations lmao
i am once again asking hexbear users to understand that portraying a bad society does not equal endorsing a bad society.
i would not be surprised if game director joshua sawyer posted here
perhaps not everything can be tied neatly to capitalism at all. perhaps people enjoy an adrenaline rush in a safe, controlled environment like a movie theater - and laugh the rush off in the same way one does after riding a roller coaster.
Doesn't end there. He also once got into an argument over the naming of his children, revealing that the names "were chosen carefully considering the existing research on what names are correlated with success. Specifically, based on the research we were optimizing for names that had explosive consonants, were unusual .. , were masculine .. , and that were associated with either power or positions of power." His comments were deleted by the subreddit mods and are still visible on his profile.
Also tried to shill his relationship advice book on /r/teenagers. Comment was also deleted by the subreddit mods, and is still visible on his profile.
Didn't the husband use My Little Pony fanart to propose to his wife on Reddit?
EDIT: And also a bodypillow of his wife. Hope nobody digs up that old blunder pic.
Wouldn't surprise me in the least. Screenrant writers are paid 5 bucks per 200 word article according to this post on
I helped a relative with a daytime trick-or-treat event a few years back, and yeah, all the kids were super skittish while most of their parents were deranged. There was a point where a parent asked me to take off my mask because their kid was terrified to approach our stand - took the mask off, and more kids flipped their shit.
Walked down to the ice cream parlor - wearing the aforementioned mask because it was cold - a few hours later and some lady got really pissy at me for scaring her children.
i think it's important that we all come together and ruin twitter like we did tumblr. that's what we need to bring this divided world back together
wisconsinites are a different ethnicity from floridians. send tweet.
Yeah, that's definitely it. 80% of UFO footage (or really any strange phenomena of that sort) I've seen comes from Latin America - so I'm going to say Latin America being nearly pitch black on this map is evidence of less-than-sufficient research, rather than evidence that there's nothing in the skies.
Plus, different understandings lead to different conclusions. One sci-fi nerd's flying saucer is a Catholic's angel. We see what we expect to see, and report it as such - muddying the waters for research even further than if it was just the language barrier.
Dissociative Identity Disorder (split personalities) also seems to be an entirely American phenomenon.
The idea that Dissociative Identity Disorder is unique to the USA, the west, or developed countries is outdated. People with DID are found at similar rates throughout the globe. However, the presentation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric disorders is influenced by society and culture - one person's demonic possession is another's split personality.

so it represents god pissing? that's rad
I think they're pretty bad for the opposite reason, tbh. It's really lame that in an update (allegedly) about self-expression and representation, there's very little done to actually enable self-expression. Minecraft already had skins, and you could already change them to whatever you want for free (at least on PC). Where are the tails? The animal ears? Different body types aside from the standard and skinny? Heck, a proper in-game avatar would've gone a long way.
It's a low-effort addition to an already barebones update.
