The entirety of New York City should be returned to all Native American people and these people should form a communist land redistribution committee that expels white landowners, including property owned outside the city. New York City's borders should be extended to include parts of Long Island, Yonkers, Newark, as well as full control of the New York Bay Area, and the Hudson River. Office spaces, luxurious apartments, gas stations, parking garages, and other redundant spaces will be retrofitted into communal apartments, all rooftops will be retrofitted with solar panels on top of urban farms. Cars are to be banned within the city with exception to emergency vehicles (not cops), elevated walking platforms are to be built above the streets and railways are to replace the streets below. All franchised stores are to be expelled and replaced with communally owned businesses. All jobs are to be abolished and a 5 year plan will be implemented where all New York City residents will be reassigned to new work or will have to leave the city. New York's minor outlying islands are to be turned into gulags that adhere to strict communistic principles. Tourism, speculative finance, and heavy industry are to be banned entirely within the city as industries. New York City is to also centralize all education into public tuition free learning centers that do not adhere to the western form of education and provide no degrees and exist merely to teach. No building is to be inaccessible to any citizen, elected community leaders are to be punished if homelessness exists in the land they govern. Only communist party members will be allowed to own weapons in the city and all other political parties are to be driven out by force if necessary. The formation of similar land redistribution plans in other major cities will be supported materially by the city of new york. All suburban and rural land surrounding the city is to be reclaimed by nature and it's former inhabitants relocated to urban areas, especially so in areas near the coast or ecologically sensitive areas. Families will be heavily discouraged with a one child policy and free contraceptives, abortions, and gender reassignment surgeries easily accessible. The population of New York City is to be as high as reasonably possible through targeted immigration with nonwhites and sexual minorities receiving first pick of the housing stock (unless they're rich then lmao fuck them). New York City should eventually reach a point where it's food is grown locally excluding animal products, it's power provided locally with renewable sources like wind and solar, and jobs be made obsolete through automation. This is a hard plan to follow through with, but if just one percent of this city took up arms against the government and seceded a communist city state is possible. A communist city state has never been done before, we should look at the successes and failures of modern city states like West Berlin, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the the UAE to learn how communism in one country can be applied to one city. I am commanding all communists to immigrate to new york city en mass and incite a revolution, we must lynch the landlords and millionaires occupying the city and spark a communistic zeal that will permanently separate New York City from the rest of the United States permanently. We must burn Wall Street to the ground, we must liberate the prisoners of rikers island and other detention centers and the prisoners will join us in our fight for they will have no other choice. If the Cuban revolution can happen off the coast of America then another revolution inside but not encompassing all of the US can happen inside its largest city. F the chuds in Washington want to shell New York City to prevent a revolution then let them, every death they cause will lead to ten new revolutionaries and just further the need for a separation from the United States.
