Looking at vtubers and the wizard game, looks like pretty much every Japanese Hololive member played it without much in the way of public repercussions while the English branch has avoided the game entirely. (The English management was probably savvy enough to advise them to steer clear.)

Seems pretty unfortunate. I can understand wanting to delete your account after being yelled at on the Internet, especially if you're not plugged in to the JKR situation. Unfortunately, for many casual observers their main takeaway will just be "Insane political extremists bully innocent anime girl off the internet for wanting to play a game" and I'm sure that angle will be heavily pushed by the worst people.
Looks like a fairly popular vtuber is calling it quits after getting caught in the Hogwarts splashzone. I'm sure the gamers are taking this well...

When you got a "user liked 13 of your Tweets" style notification on Twitter, clicking on the notification used to show you the Tweets they liked. Now it just takes you to their Likes tab.
