well yeah ideally I would keep the account. I don't want to not keep the account, just if its between a ban and a giveaway I'd prefer the giveaway. and that thread left me with the impression that I was OK to continue using the site. at worst this is a misunderstanding, and nothing malicious was intended on my end.
theres some behind the scenes stuff that would make sense for the ban. there was a thing on a discord server so I'm guessing my presence on the site is just making some ppl uncomfortable, which if that's the case yeah I'd prefer to just not use the site.

I came back to post pizza and saw someone say "uncritical support for transphobic country" like yeah that's gonna be annoying, and I commented it was annoying before making a shit post about it, and then I was banned. don't think I was stirring much shit.

no but saying uncritical support for a country that has done very bad things to anarchists (and lgbtq people) is def sectarian.
its one thing to say critical support for a country like that even if I'll still take issue with that, its another to say "literally did nothing wrong "

I got banned after taking issue with a post that said "uncritical support for China" in a defauly channel. think there's no doubt favorites being played. and if that's how you wanna run the site, cool. but its just not really a left unity site in that case.
