    that’s what we want to happen so we can build our own chip industry up.

    In 10 years we'll be talking about how we gave Intel and Nvidia billions and they never built one thing with it, just gave money to shareholders. Similar to how we talk about how the telecoms took billions to build fiber internet in the 90s but they just pocketed it instead.

      But we’ll also have cut ourselves off from china’s supply of chips, leaving the US even further behind hahaha
