Kinda sucks that this artist (Red and Black Salamander) never grew past their 2018 Bernie left phase, I used to like their stuff.

There actually used to be a coherent leftist stance against "globalization" in the 90s. Like lots of protest movements, but that was much more focused on opposing things like corporate personhood, NAFTA, international debt schemes, stuff like that. I remember being in leftist chatrooms in like 2003 and they were talking about "globalism" but they meant the IMF. Leftists now seem to prefer to talk about that stuff in a broader context of imperialism.

Anyone now though using the term in a derogatory way is a deranged conspiracy theorist talking about Jews or they want a fascist world of nationality based on race.

anti-Globalization and the "Globalism" that has become a widely used term on the right in the last few years should be held distinct. The right doesn't use the term "Globalization" as far as I know.

The Battle of Seattle. Do you all really have memories that short? Seattle burned over NAFTA. Jello Biafra had an album called "No to WTO" or something like that.
