I was on track for a good while, I got stuck at 238lbs and now I'm 261 from 2 months of falling off the wagon
I'm gonna add swimming to original workout
Would anyone here know how to recommend I swim?
Imagery would help if is possible

as with any form of cardio - choose what suits you.
e.g., if you're more explosive and prefer to get it over and done with asap, try doing a front crawl/freestyle as fast as you can for as long as you can, take a minute break and repeat a few times.
alternatively, if you're more 'low impact', then more conventional swimming like breaststroke at a leisurely pace for 30+ lengths.
same thing applies to running - when I was in my early 20s I predominantly did high intensity sprints for like half an hour - 10 years later and I prefer hiking for an hour or two instead.
Thank you I'm 31 and in m trying to be on top of the best last years I'll get out of my metabolism, I'm really self conscious about my weight and I wanna lower it as much as I can
I prefer running but I'm the Socal and the heat makes it hard
Get out there before the sun rises or after it sets
I wanna run every other day and swim on the days I don't run
you probably already have considered a treadmill to run indoors, but i'm curious as to why you don't consider it an option for running
Late reply, ADHD can't stand being in one place endlessly and looking at a running clock I used to cover the timer with a towel but I just prefer the fresh air and outside when I run, it's a personal preference
