Having read everyone's posts explaining it, I would phrase it as something like "PPB is a symbol that indicates the poster has decided the person they are conversing with is no longer arguing in good faith, or has indicated that they will not change their views even when presented with well supported evidence. Alternately, it may be used to indicate that a statement contains something heinous and is not worthy of being engaged with at all."
