I really like the entirety of that album, but if I had to pick favourites aside from what I posted, I think "Ty Ne Ver Slezam" and "Malchik Moi" are my other two most listened!
"Spektakl Okonchen" is also really catchy and gets stuck in my head a lot lol
What about you? I'd like to hear your favourites and any other music of a similar vein that you'd like to recommend!
Those are all really good too. Some that stand out for me by Chernikovskaya Hata are "Belaya Noch", to a large extent because that's one of the few ChH songs where I was familiar with the original from before (I love me some V. Saltykov!), "Nochnoe Randevu", and the absolute pit of despair that is "Poslednyaya Osen".
As for music not by Chernikovskaya Hata, but in a similar vein -- I really like Nürnberg and Dom Modelei. There are a lot of great bands and musicians in the very specific niche that is Eastern European post-punk/coldwave/similar. I'm reckoning if you're fond of this type of music you're probably already well familiar with the likes of Molchat Doma, Ploho, Durnoi Vkus, and maybe even a few others.
I really like those Chernikovskaya Hata tracks too, though I hadn't actually heard "Nochnoe Randevu" yet
The Nürnberg and Dom Modelei EP/LP were both really great recommendations as well, exactly the kind of thing I was hoping for. Will definitely check out more of their music as well! The others you mentioned are already part of my rotation but I still really appreciate the recommendations 🖤
I'm not too familiar with a ton beyond what we've discussed in terms of Eastern European/Coldwave musicians so my recommendations might be a bit disappointing, but I can recommend some post-punk/dark wave/cold wave/new wave anyways and hope something is new to you (and appeals to you)
Many of these are quite popular and I'm not quite sure where to start, so I'm sure you already know at least a few... but I'll mention what comes to mind:
Hell yeah! I love Chernikovskaya Hata!
For those unaware, this is a cover of this song by Mikhail Shufutinsky.
Good shout! I should have mentioned it's a cover in the body, thanks for posting the link 🖤
Any other songs by Chernikovskaya Hata that you like? 😃

I figured they would be! Are there any other musicians you could recommend in turn?

She Past Away
French Police
Twin Tribes
Traitrs
Bleib Modern
Casket Cassette
Selofan
Plastique Noir
That's a lot to recommend in one post but I'm not sure what's already familiar to you, haha. Hopefully something appeals to you, anyways
Fortunately, I'm actually familiar with none of these from before!
I may have gone a bit overboard then 😬 my apologies, especially if you find the bulk of it unlistenable lol
It's nothing to apologize over, my friend!
