The Communist Party USA upholds the unity of the world Communist movement and considers it a matter of principle. The CPUSA fights for the unity of all left and progressive forces in the fight against imperialism in general and U.S. imperialism in particular.

I don't know whether I should take the PVA's position or the PSUV's position or neither position.

I suppose I'll just see how things develop; I've heard that the whole situation is very complicated and some information regarding the PVA is about.

    Please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this statement already awash in ideology? Capital doesn't respect any form of national sovereignty, save that which it establishes for its own ends, so communists would just be shooting themselves in the foot by voluntarily doing so.
