Famously conservative video games Bioshock and Metal Gear Rising.

Metro does, but I think it's more against the cult of personality and dehumanization that comes with illegitimate power structures. The series author has said that the Metro series is based off his emotions living in Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the wave of dehumanization that made slavs split against each other and the rise of shitty leaders using the aesthetic of the old world. I may support Russia on the Ukraine invasion, but Putin (and United Russia as a whole) is a powerplayer reactionary who uses a Soviet aesthetic. I think it's supposed to be more anti-putin than anti-stalin.

The Metro series is about people glorifying a past that isn't achievable in the current environment, and how charismatic but ill equiped people will focus on trying to recreate the past instead of trying to create something new. The games may simplify it a bit, but Metro is a pro Soviet series.
