It's not a secret, Canada loves their Ukrainian Nazis. Extraditing a single Nazi would just be them caving to political and media pressure. For me to believe that Canada no longer loves Nazis they would have to put all the remaining Nazis on trial and demolish all their Nazi monuments. They would probably also have to reverse the Canadian law rejecting the Nuremberg trials and declare the Waffen-SS a criminal organization.
