I don't buy the whole "haki killaura" thing since Stella also looks at Saturn. Also passive Conquerers haki never actually kills someone so it has to be Jay Garcia's devil fruit.
So Saint Saturn must have just killed that dude because of rigid command authority (chekovs gun finally fired) and for saying that Saturn looked like a monster (devil?)
We can't tell from Kizaru if admirals are aware of the Gorosei's hidden abilities but Kizaru obviously never felt threatened by them individually (slightly disobeying Saturns order to fly past Sentomaru). But the rebuttal to that is that fash kizaru doesn't fear anything because he's compartamentalized so far up his own ass.
Also it's funny to see powerscalers start redrawing all of their shallow charts based on this lol.
Apparently the yokai Saturn's Zoan form is based off, the Ushi-Oni, has the ability to drain the life of anyone that sees it, so it seems like a thematic version of that. I assume generally anyone below that Marine rank doesn't have the haki to resist the ability.
