Legal minds on tv try to avoid saying the obvious directly. If he's not stopped - he's going to get somebody injured or killed. And it will probably be somebody like the low-level person like a clerk because - of course - they don't have a security detail and all it takes is buying some credit reports to learn all about them, their parents, their kids, etc.
