Kanye West had announced that he would release an album tonight. Kanye was previously a very popular hip hop artist, who destroyed his career by saying "I love Hitler" on Alex Jones show. Kanye has since expressed many far-right political beliefs and collaborated with white supremacist figures.
I checked his twitter today to see if he had actually released the album. I'm worried that if his music becomes popular again, his music will further normalize fascist ideology. Instead, I see that he is trying to sell foldable shoes "on presale", not manufactured yet. This is a funnier outcome than I could have predicted.
Kanye stans are the biggest suckers on the planet.
Successful career would mean that he's making money. He's been out of the spotlight for a solid year. After Adidas dropped his sponsorship, his net worth dropped by liked 70%. He's on the fringe right now. This past 3 weeks though, he's been on the rise a lot and I suspect it's going to lead to something bad. As the other comment mentions, he just had another antisemitic rant during a music performance about 4 hours ago, but he's still hanging out with a lot of other big name rappers.

They don’t feel like they’re getting ripped off though. Kanye has scraped dozens of songs, several albums, and even entire classrooms of children lol. But they will still worship him
