Mine is pic related, the Victory Gundam. What I like about it is how modular the mobile suit is. It's the result of years of ms tech late into the Universal Century where now the Gundam is mass produced. In the show the rebel forces are shown to have a stockpile of Gundams in a bunker so they can burn through parts.

i haven't seen all of the series, and none of witch from mercury yet, but as far as protagonist 'gundam' mobile suits i probably like gundam barbatos from IBO the most. this picture is stripped of optional equipment/at the beginning when its a recovered relic, but they get new gear for it all the time. starts out with a freakin' huge flanged mace as its primary/only weapon.
for mobile suits in general i like the space pirate's man rodi, also from IBO
in general i like the more practical looking designs, even gundam wing, which is my least favorite series probably, has the Tallgeese and more importantly the derivative Leo
my fav grunt suit is just the zaku ii, which is basically a perfect design. okawara reused some of the design concept for votoms and the showrunners there were smart enough to realize the scopedog could carry a whole show on its shoulders
I have a HG Scopedog preordered and I'm stupidly excited for it lol. Such a perfect little robot.
i preordered it but then had to cancel because i spent too much money on other gunpla in the meantime and outstripped my allotted budget
I live in a tiny house, so it keeps me from buying too many stupid toys lol.
It looks like they're making a variant from Brilliant Shining Heresy, so there might be more HG Votoms sets coming. I wouldn't get too bummed out about not buying one right now.
